PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia)

PANDA is a specialist perinatal mental health service provider. PANDA's free National Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Helpline is the only national dedicated perinatal mental health service. PANDA has a unique purpose: to address the specific emotional and mental health needs of expecting and new parents and to minimise the risks of potentially devastating outcomes associated with unrecognised and untreated perinatal mental illness. PANDA also works to raise awareness in the Australian community about perinatal anxiety and depression, including the signs to look for and where to go to seek support.
